Friends are invited to all preview performances and premieres (in the coming years, these will include the musicals “Everybody’s Talking About Jamie”, “Hadestown” and “&Juliet”), which they watch from seats marked with their names or company names. We also offer a permanent 15% discount on ticket purchases and premiere theatre programmes.

Terms and Conditions of the “Friends of the Syrena Theatre” Program
Effective from July 6, 2026
I. Definitions and General Provisions
Whenever used in these Terms and Conditions:
1) Terms and Conditions – means these terms and conditions;
2) Program – means the “Friends of the Syrena Theatre” program;
3) Theatre – means the Syrena Theatre with its registered office at ul. Litewska 3, Warsaw (00-589);
4) Agreement – means the agreement covering the provision of services by the Theatre as specified in Section IV of the Terms and Conditions;
5) Fee – means the fee specified in Section III of the Terms and Conditions;
6) These Terms and Conditions define the requirements for granting the title of “Friend of the Syrena Theatre”;
7) The title of “Friend of the Syrena Theatre” is granted to a natural person, a legal person, or another organizational unit that enters into an agreement with the Theatre and pays the Fee;
8) The title of “Friend of the Syrena Theatre” is granted for a period of two years starting from the day the fee was paid (the date the payment is credited to the Theatre’s account is decisive).
II. Method of Conclusion of the Agreement and Payment
- Persons interested in receiving the title of “Friend of the Syrena Theatre” may send their application by e-mail to promocja@teatrsyrena.pl or deliver it in person or by traditional mail to the address: Teatr Syrena, ul. Litewska 3, 00-589 Warsaw, according to the template attached to these Terms and Conditions.
- The agreement regarding participation in the “Friends of the Syrena Theatre” program is concluded exclusively in the form of the application form attached to these Terms and Conditions. The agreement is concluded by:
a) delivery of a completely filled-in application form by the participant,
b) expression of consent to the Terms and Conditions,
c) payment of the fee to the specified bank account.
Accepting the conditions in the form is equivalent to concluding the agreement. - The Theatre begins providing the services referred to in Section IV after the fee is paid into the Theatre’s bank account indicated below.
- The fee is a one-time payment, and its amount depends on the form of participation in the program (see Section III).
- Payments should be made to the following bank account: ERSTE Bank Polska S.A. 19 1090 1870 0000 0001 3153 4682.
- The transfer title must include “Friend of the Syrena Theatre” and the number of the selected package (I, II, or III).
- Concluding the agreement is equivalent to accepting the Terms and Conditions.
- Sending a complete application to the program is equivalent to confirming that the data provided in the application is true.
III. Forms of Participation in the Program
- Three forms of participation in the program are proposed:
- Package I – a one-time payment of PLN 1,000
- Package II – a one-time payment of PLN 2,000
- Package III – a one-time payment of PLN 18,500
- Package III can only be purchased by one person in a given period. In the case of more than one application for Package III, the order of applications decides.
IV. Privileges of Program Participation
- Package I holders receive:
a) welcome posts on the Theatre’s social media (Facebook and Instagram);
b) a double invitation to every preview performance;
c) a plaque with their name or company name on the back of a chosen seat in the Theatre auditorium;
d) a 15 percent discount on the purchase of Theatre tickets. - Package II holders receive:
a) welcome posts on the Theatre’s social media (Facebook and Instagram);
b) a double invitation to every gala premiere;
c) a plaque with their name or company name on the back of a chosen seat in the Theatre auditorium;
d) a theatre program for the premiere performance;
e) a 15 percent discount on the purchase of Theatre tickets. - Package III holders receive:
a) welcome posts on the Theatre’s social media (Facebook and Instagram);
b) a four-person invitation to a box for every gala premiere;
c) a plaque with their name or company name at the entrance to the Theatre box;
d) two theatre programs for the premiere performance;
e) a 15 percent discount on the purchase of Theatre tickets.
V. Implementation of the Ticket Discount
- Every package holder is entitled to a 15 percent discount on Theatre tickets. The discount can be used under the following rules:
a) The person using the discount must hold a valid package;
b) The discount applies to all performances in the Theatre’s repertoire except for guest performances, premieres, and New Year’s Eve performances;
c) The discount does not apply to “entry-only” tickets (standing room/last-minute);
d) Each package holder can buy a maximum of two discounted tickets for one performance;
e) To use the discount, the holder must report the desire to buy discounted tickets by e-mail to bilety@teatrsyrena.pl, indicating the performance title, date, number of tickets, and seating zone (Zones I, II, or III);
f) The request must be sent at least two days before the performance date;
g) In response, the holder will receive a link to purchase the discounted tickets;
h) Discounted tickets will not be available for performances where all tickets were sold out before the request was sent;
i) Discounts cannot be combined with other currently active promotions.
j) Friends of the Syrena Theatre package holders are the first to be informed about the start of ticket sales for the first and second parts of the theatrical season.
VI. Personal Data Processing (GDPR)
Personal data processing is carried out based on the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). The Data Controller is Syrena Theatre (ul. Litewska 3, Warsaw, NIP 525 000 96 83).
- Purpose of data collection: Program participation, granting the title, ticket reservations, placing name plaques, social media mentions, and sending invitations (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
- Legal obligations: Accounting and tax purposes (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Complaints and claims: Handling complaints and defending against claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Data may be shared with IT providers, social media administrators, and legal advisors. Data will be stored for the duration of the agreement or until consent is withdrawn, and for 10 years for invoices in the KSEF system. Data is not profiled and is only transferred outside the EU/EEA in the case of social media posts (Facebook/Instagram), protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.

- Complaints must be sent via e-mail to promocja@teatrsyrena.pl.
- Complaints must include name, description of the issue, contact details, and (if applicable) payment details.
- The Theatre will respond within 14 days.
- The Theatre’s decision is final.
VIII. Final Provisions
- The Theatre reserves the right to change the offer of benefits.
- The language of communication is Polish.
- Matters not regulated herein are governed by applicable law.
